FREESTYLE
We call it the freestyle grill because you never know what will be on menu. Our chef bases the menu on what he can get reasonably and what strikes his attention that day. The menu changes all the time but you can guarantee what ever you get it is going to put a smile on your face. These are items that have graced the freestyle menu at one time or another and maybe on again real soon.

BARBECUE
All our barbecue is pit smoked and competition ready. Ask how long it was smoked if you don't believe it.
Slow smoke for more than 14 hours with a blend of apple and oak wood, after being rubbed gently with our very own secret recipe rub called "the Love Rub".
